a = 3-root5/2
Then,
1/a=?
SOLVE-

1/3-root5/2
1x2/3-root 5
making denominators rational
2 x (3+root5)/(3-root5) x(3+root5)
Using property (a+b)(a-b)
6 + 2root5 / 9-5
6+ 2root5/ 4 = 1/a
(a+1/a) whole square
9-5 + 36 + 20/4 + 2 x 9-5x
