Here's the answer :)

Given :

a = -3

b = 2

Equation :
 \sf{ {a}^{3} - {b {}^{2} }^{} + 2ab + 7}

Putting the values of a and b.

 \sf {{( - 3)}^{3} - 2 {}^{2} + 2 \times -3 \times 2 +7}

 \sf{ - 27 + 4 + ( - 12) + 7}

 \sf{- 31 - 12 + 7}

 \sf{ - 31 - 5} \\ \\ \sf{ = - 36}

Thus,
Value of the given Equation = (- 36).

Thanks!
