Step-by-step explanation:

a+b+x=0 =>a+b= -x Cube on both sides

 {(a + b)}^{3} =  { - x}^{3} =  >  {a}^{3} +  {b}^{3} +

3ab(a + b) +  {x}^{3} = 0 =  >

 {a}^3 +  {b}^3  - 3abx +  {x}^{3}    = 0

Compare it with the given equation ,

 {a}^{3} +  {b}^{3} + 3ab  - 1 = 0

Then we get x= -1 Hence the value of (a+b) is -(-1) =>1. Hope it helps you.
