b = -2

c = -1

To verify :-

b × (a+c) = b×a + b×c

[put the value of a, b and c]

=> (-2) × {3 + (-1)} = (-2)×3 + (-2)×(-1)

=> -2 × (3-1) = (-6) + 2

=> -2 × 2 = -6 + 2

=> -4 = -4

=> LHS = RHS
