Explanation:

a+b = 3i+2j+i-2j+3k = 4i+3k

Magnitude will be :- root of (4^2+3^2)= 5

a-b=3i+2j-(i-2j+3k)

a-b=2i+4j-3k

Magnitude will be root of (2^2+4^2+(-3)^2)=root of 29
