Answer:

A=3x^2+4x+1, B=5x^2-3x+8 and C= 4x^2-7x-3

B+C-A=(5x^2-3x+8)+(4x^2-7x-3)-(3x^2+4x+1)

=5x^2+4x^2-3x^2-3x-7x+4x+8-3+1

=6x^2-6x+6
