If a and d are 4 and 3 respectively, the find the third and fifth term of the AP.

Given :-

1. a = 4
2. d = -3

To find :-

• Third term- a₃
• fifth term - a₅

Formula used :-

• nth term = a + (n-1)d

Solution :-

a₅ = 4+(4)3

→ 4+12

→ 16

a₃ = 4+(2)3

→ 4+6

→ 10
