Given : a=4x-6y

b=8x+5y

c=8y - 6x

To find: a+b-c

Solution :

We have to find value if a+b-c

So putting values of a,b,c in the equation a+b-c:

= (4x-6y) + (8x+5y )-(8y-6x)

Solving brackets:if there is negative sign outside the brackets then while opening brackets sign will gets change

= 4x-6y +8x +5y -8y +6x

=18x -9y

= 9(2x- y) ( taking 9 as common)

ANSWER: Value of a+b-c is 9(2x -y).
