Step-by-step explanation:

a=5 and b-(-2 )

(1)=3a-2b

=3×5-(2×-2)

=15-(-4)

=15+4

=19

(2)=3a^2-2b+5

=3(5)^2-2×(-2)+5

=3×25+4+5

=75+9

=84
