To solve:

 {a}^{2}  + 3 {b}^{2}  + 4c

Putting values of a,b and c in the equation.

 {5}^{2}  + 3 \times  {3}^{2}  + 4 \times 1

 = 25 + 3 \times 9 + 4

 = 2 5 + 27 + 4

 = 56
