If(-a, 7/3) is a set of solution of the linear equation 4x+3y-5=0, find the value of a does the line represented by the equation pass through origin

Answer:

(x,y) = ( -a,7/3) so that

y = 7/3

then 4x + 3*7/3 - 5 =0

4x = -2

x = -1/2
