We could assume its a right triangle with c the hypotenuse. Using pythagoras

c2=a2+b2

c2=72+122=49+144=193

193 is prime so the answer is just 193−−−√≈13.89 .

If b is the hypotenuse

c2=b2−a2

c2=122−72=144−49=95

95=5∗19 so the answer is 5–√19−−√≈9.75 .
