Given,

  • a (first term) = 7
  • d (common difference) = 3
  • n (no. of terms) = 8

To find,

  • an = ?

Solution:

a_{n} = a + (n - 1)d \\ </strong><strong>a_{n}</strong><strong> = 7 + (8 - 1)3 \\  </strong><strong>a_{n}</strong><strong>= 7 + 7(3) \\</strong><strong>a_{n}</strong><strong>  = 7 + 21 \\ </strong><strong>a_{n}</strong><strong> = 28

Hence, an of AP is 28.

I Hope It Helps You✌️

Solution :

Here, a = 7, d = 3 & n = 8

we have to find An

So by using fomula,

An = a + (n - 1) d

An = 7 + (8 - 1) × 3

An = 7 + 7 × 3

An = 7 + 21

An = 28

Hence, An = 28

Thank you♥️
