\huge\bf\underline{Solution:}

LHS \\  = (a + b) + c \\  = ( - 8 + ( - 7)) + (6) \\  =  (- 15) + 6 \\  = ( - 9)

RHS \\  = a + (b + c) \\  =  (- 8) + ( - 7 + (6)) \\  = ( - 8) + ( - 1) \\  =  (- 9)

LHS = RHS

(-9) = (-9)

HENCE PROVED

LHS = (a+b) +c

= {(-8)+(-7)} + 6

= (-15) +6

= (-9)......(i)

RHS = a +(b+c)

= (-8) + {(-7)+6}

= (-8) + (-1)

= (-9)..... (ii)

so, LHS = RHS (Proved)
