in the ques(II){a+(-6)}={(-b)+a}

since the value of a=-9 and that of b=-6;

LHS:

-9+(-6)=-9-6=-15

RHS:

6+(-9)=6-9=-3(since, the value of b given in the ques is already negative ie;(-6)

and then again in the (ii)part it is given {(-b) as b is two times negative it will become positive ,so we will write( +6)..
