Answer:

LET A - B = -9 - (-6)

A-B = -9+6

A-B = -3 .......... EQUATION 1

NOW B-A = -6 - (-9)

B-A = -6 + 9

B-A = 3 ......... EQUATION 2

BY 1 AND 2 CLEARLY

B-A NOT EQUAL TO A-B

Solution:

Substitute the values of a and b in

a-b=-9+6=-3 ... (1)

b-a=-6+9=3 ...(2)

From (1) and (2)

-3≠3

Therefore, a-b≠b-a
