if a acid have ph value 3 and a base have ph value 13 which salt will they form acidic or basic.

 as the pH value of base 13 i.e.  is hightherefore the concentration of the H+ ions would be low 
whereas in acid the pH value is 3 so the concentration of the H+ions would be very high the reaction taking place is also known as neutralization reaction .
