therefore,

Sum of the zeroes = α + β = -1/6,

product of the zeroes =α × β = -1/3.

Now,

(α/β) +(β/α) = (α2 + β2) – 2αβ / αβ

Now substitute the values of the sum of zeroes and products of the zeroes and we will get,

= -25/12

Hence the value of (α/β) +(β/α) is -25/12.
