yes because (√a+√b)(√a-√b) = (√a)²-(√b)² = a-b which is going to be a rational number because difference of two rational numbers is rational
hope this helps

Answer:

True

Step-by-step explanation:

As we

a^2 - b^2 = ( a+b ) ( a-b )

Similarly it will be

√a^2 - √b^2 = (√a+√b) (√a+√b)

i.e. a-b

Therefore , it is a rational number
