Step-by-step explanation:

Given ;

6 / 3√2 - 2√3 = a√ 2 - 2√3

Rationalisation ;

6/ 32 - 23 × 32 + 23 / 32 + 23

= 6( 32 + 23 ) / (32)² - (23)²

= 18 2 + 12 3 / 18 - 12

= 6 ( 32 + 23 ) / 6 ( 3 - 2 )

( 6 and 6 get cancelled)

= 32 + 23 / 1 = 32 + 23

Hence , a√2 = 32

b 3 = 23 .

So , we can say that a = 3, b = 2 . ( ans )..

Hope ! it's helpful....
