root of first eq a = 1 and b = 5/2
so new root = a+2 =a'= 3 and b+2 =b' = 9/2 so new equation =
 { x}^{2} -15x + 54
wait I think something wrong with question

A=2,. B=-10 C= 5

a+b=-b/a=-(-10)/2 =5

ab= c/a= 5/2

(a+2)(b+2)=ab+2(a+b)+4

5/2+2(5)+4=5/2+14=33/2
