given that

p(x)=x²-2x-1

to find zeroes of p(x)

now, Applying quadratic formula on

x²-2x-1=0

We get,

x=-(-2)+-√(-2)²- 4*1*(-1)/2*1

=2+-√4+4/2

=2+-2√2/2

=1+-√2

hence the zeroes are 1+√2 and 1-√2

u can take any one of them as A or B
