x²-8x+15=x²-3x-5x+15

x(x-3)-5(x-3)=0

By this we get the factors of the equation as (x-3) and (x-5)

So by substituting the value of a & b as 3 & 5 in equation a³+b³

we get 27+125 which is 152.
