HERE IS UR ANSWER DEAR,

2x²-5x-18=0

it is in the form of ax²+bx +c

here,

  • a= 2
  • b= -5
  • c= -18

a and b are the zeros of the polynomial ,

sum of the zeros = a+b = -b/a= -(-5)/2=5/2

product of the zeros = ab= c/a= -18/2=- 9

hence ,

ab= -9
