if a,b are the zeros of the polynomial then,

a+b = -5/3

a×b = -2/3

given the sum of the other roots 2a&2b,

sum = 2(a+b)

= 2(-5/3)

= -10/3

product = 4ab

= 4×(-2/3)

= -8/3

equation is x²-(sum)x+product

x²+10x/3-8/3

3x²+10x-8
