Given  :      A and B are two algebraic expressions

To Find:  whether A/B is called algebraic expressions

Solution:

An algebraic expression is an expression  combination of  integer constants, variables, and the algebraic operations.

algebraic operations used are addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and exponentiation by an exponent that is a rational number

A is algebraic expression

B is algebraic expression

Hence A and B satisfy above all conditions

now A/B     use a division  which is also allowed

or   A x B⁻¹  use multiplication and exponent -1 which is rational number and both are allowed

Hence A/B  is also algebraic expression

This can be an rational expression as well

all polynomials are algebraic expressions but converse is not true.

as all algebraic expressions are not polynomials
