It may be as follows,

a=5 and b=3

now will substitute the values as a and b are odd numbers 5 and 3 are also two odd number.

we know that,

a+b upon 2 = even number,

:.5+3 upon 2= 4

we know that,

a - b upon 2= odd number,

:.5-3 upon 2=1

so 4 is an even number and 1 is an odd number therefore,the two numbers may be 5 and 3.
