Well,

A-B=A-(A\cap B)

So,

n(A-B)=n(A)-n(A\cap B)\\\\\implies\ n(A\cap B)=n(A)-n(A-B)\\\\\implies\ n(A\cap B)=115-47\\\\\implies\ n(A\cap B)=68
