If A and B are two sets such that n(A)=17,B has 33 element and n(AUB)=28. Find n( AnB)

Given ,

n(A) = 17

n(B) = 33

n(A∪B)  = 28

n(A∪B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A∩B)

⇒ n(A∩B) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A∪B)

⇒ n(A∩B) = 17 + 33 - 28

⇒ n(A∩B) = 50 - 28

n(A∩B) = 22
