If a and B are zeroes of p(x)
=x²-5x+k and a-B=1, find k​

Answer: the answer is 6

Given that : p(x)=x^2-5x+k

a and b are the roots

a-b=1 -----(1)

from the equation we

can say

a+b=5 -------(2), ab=k

From(1),(2) we can say

a=3 and b=2

therefore, k=6
