Recall the properties of rational numbers.

According to Rational numbers properties.

A number is said to be rational if it can be expressed in the form of p/q where p and q are integers , q 0 , p and q are Co primes.

so here there is a condition stating that p and q must be Co primes.

Then only a particular number will become a rational number..
