we Can Also write it as

$= > \frac{3a + 2b}{b} \times \frac{b}{3a - 2b}$

$= > \frac{3 \frac{a}{b} + 2 \frac{b}{b} }{ \frac{3a - 2b}{b} }$

$= > \frac{3 \frac{a}{b} + 2 }{3 \frac{a}{b} - 2 } ..(1)$

In The Question It is Given that

$\frac{a}{b} = \frac{1}{2}$

So We Put This In The Equation ..(1)

$= > \frac{3 \times \frac{1}{2} + 2 }{3 \times \frac{1}{2} - 2}$

$= > \frac{ \frac{3}{2} + \frac{2 \times 2}{2} }{ \frac{3}{2} - \frac{2 \times 2}{2} }$

$= > \frac{ \frac{3 + 4}{2} }{ \frac{3 - 4}{2} }$
