 \bold{21 +  {b}^{2}  = 10b}

 \bold {b}^{2} - 10b \:  + 21 = 0

  \bold{{b}^{2}  - 7b \:  - 3b \:  + 21 = 0}

 \bold(b - 3)(b - 7) = 0
