If the answer is accepted in decimal then it would be
suppose
a+ b+ c=0
a=118-b & c= 75-b
so ,
118-b +75-b=0
2b=193
b= 96.5
then put the value of b in the equation of a &c .
The answer should be:
a=21.5
b=96.5
c=64.5

but,still if, a+b+c=0, then, 96.5-21.5-64.5=0,. so, if b is positive a and c are negative and if a and c are positive then, b is negative
