If the que is a-b =180 and a+b =180 then..the ans is as follows :

❈ We have,

$a \: + \: b = 180 \: and \: a - b \: = 80 \: and \: a \: and \: b \: = ? \\ \\ now \: add \: both \: the \: eqn \: \\ \\ a + b \: + a - b = 180 - 80 \\ \\ 2a = 260 \\ \\ a = \frac{260}{2} = 130 \\ \\ now \: from \: 1st \: eqn \: a + b \: = 180 \: substitute \: a \: \\ \\ 130 + b \: = 180 \\ \\ b = 180 - 130 \\ \\ b \: = 50$
