If a/b = (2/3)^3÷ (3/2)^−3 then the value of ( a/b )^−10​

  \frac{ a}{b} =  {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{3}  \div {( \frac{3}{2} )}^{ - 3} \\  \\  =  > \frac{ a}{b}  = {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{3}    \div  {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{  3} \\  \\  =  > \frac{ a}{b}  = 1

Now,

 {(\frac{ a}{b} )}^{ - 10}  =  {(1)}^{ - 10} = 1
