Answer:

Since a/b = 2/3

3a+4b/4a-b = 3(a/b)+4 /4(a/b)-1

3*2/3+4 = 2+4 = 6

4*2/3-1 = 5/3 = 5

6*3=18

Hence the final answer = 18/5
