Step-by-step explanation:

a:b = 2:3 that means

a/b = 2/3

therefore 3a = 2b

so (3a+2b)/(5a+3b)

= (2b+2b)/[(3a+2a)+(2b+b)]

= 4b/[(2b+2a+3b)]

=4b/(5b+2a)

now 4b =6a , a=2 , b=3

therfore 4b=6a= 12

and b=3 , a=2

therefore (5b+2a)=19

so answer is C.12/19
