First we have to substitute values :-

=> \sf{ (4×2)+\dfrac{(3×3)}{(3×3)}}

=> \sf{ 8+\dfrac{9}{9}}

HERE BOTH 9 ARE IN DIVISION FORM SO THEY WILL BE CANCELLED.

=>  \sf{ \dfrac{9}{9} = \dfrac{1}{1}}

=> \sf{ 8+ \dfrac{1}{1}}

=>8+1

=>9
