If |A +B| = 2, |A| = 5 and |B| = 3 find |A-B|

Given ,

|A +B| = 2,

=> A+B = 2

|A| = 5

=> A = 5

and |B| = 3

=> B = 3

So, |A-B|

= |√(A-B)²|

Now , substituting the values we get,

| √ ( 5-3)² |

= |√2²|

= |2|

So, |A-B| = |2| = 2
