By formula in ratio and proportion,

A : B can be written as A/B

Similarly B:C can be written as $\frac{B}{C}$

$\frac{A}{B} \times \frac{B}{C}$=$\frac{A}{C}$ (B cancels out)

Apply the values to the above equation,  

$\frac{A}{B} \times \frac{B}{C} = \frac{3}{4} \times \frac{6}{5} = \frac{18}{20} = \frac{9}{10}$
