The value of 3a+4b/4a-b is 25/8.

Given - a : b = 3:4

Find - Value of 3a+4b/4a-b

Solution - Converting the given ratio in the form of a.

a =  \frac{3b}{4}

Keep the value of a in given expression.

Value =  \frac{3  \times \frac{3b}{4}  + 4b}{4 \times \frac{3b}{4} - b}

Value =  \frac{ \frac{9b}{4}  + 4b}{3b - b}

Value =  \frac{ \frac{9b + 16b}{4} }{2b}

Value =  \frac{25b}{4 \times 2b}

Value =  \frac{25b}{8b}

Value = 25/8

Hence, the value of 3a+4b/4a-b is 25/8.
