Just add them all--
a+b+b+c+c+a=3+4+5
2(a+b+c)=12
a+b+c=6......(1)
given. a+b=3
putting this in (1)
3+c=6
c=3.....(2)

given b+c=4 putting this in (1)
a+4=6
a=2....(3)

so now in (1)
2+b+3=6
b=1....
