Answer:

a-b=3

a=3+b

ab=10

(3+b)b=10

b {}^{2}  + 3b - 10 = 0 \\ b {}^{2}  + 5b - 2b - 10 = 0 \\ b(b + 5) - 2(b + 5) = 0 \\ (b - 2)(b + 5) = 0 \\ b = 2 \: b =  - 5

a-b=3

a-2=3

a=5

a {}^{2}  + ab + b {}^{2}  = (5) {}^{2}  + 5 \times 2 + (2) {}^{2}  \\ answer \: is \: 39
