a:b=4:5
a=4x
b=5x

We have equation:-
(5a+b)(5a-b)

We have identity,(a+b)(a-b)=
 {a}^{2}  -   {b}^{2}
Putting values in equation:-
(5a+b)(5a-b)
 {5a}^{2}  -   {b}^{2}
5( {4x)}^{2}  -  {5x}^{2}
5 \times  16 {x}^{2}  - 25 {x}^{2}
80 {x}^{2}  - 25 {x}^{2}
55 {x}^{2}
