Answer:

x = 20 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

4x + 5x = 180

9x = 180

x = 180/ 9= 20 degrees

4x = 4×20=80 degrees

5x= 5×20=100 degrees

Let's :-

\longrightarrow  \: \sf  \angle a = 4x \\  \\ \longrightarrow  \: \sf \angle b = 5x

According to Question

\longrightarrow  \: \sf4x + 5x = 180 \\  \\\longrightarrow  \: \sf 9x = 180 \\  \\\longrightarrow  \: \sf x =  \frac{180}{9} \\  \\\longrightarrow  \: \sf x = 20

Therefore

\longrightarrow  \: \sf  \angle a = 80 \degree \\  \\ \longrightarrow  \: \sf  \angle b = 100 \degree
