a/b= 4/9 ....(1)
a/c = 2/3 ....(2)
multiply equation two by 2 in numerator and denominator both
that will be
a/c = (2*2)/(3*2)
a/c = 4/6 ....(3)
in both equations (1) &(3) value of a is same
equate equations
b:c = 9:6
I.e b:c = 3:2
and a:b:c = 4:9:6
a/c = 2/3 ....(2)
