If a-b = 4 and ab = 45, find the value of (a+b)^2

(a+b)² =a²+2ab+b²  general equation

a-b=4 –1) equation 1

ab=45 –2) equation 2

it can't be solved with a-b=4

it should be a + b=4

so then it can be solved further by using a formula we know that

(a+b) ²=a² + 2* a *b+ b²

=(45/ b)^2+2*45+(45/ a)^2

=2025/ b²+90+2025 / a^2
