ANSWER =

a + b = 8, ab = -20

(a + b)^3 = a^3 + b^3 +3ab (a+b)

a^3 + b^3 = (a+b)^3 -3ab (a+b)

Putting the value of (a+b), ab

a^3 +b^3 = (8)^3 -3×(-20)(8)

a^3 + b^3 = 512 +480

a^3 + b^3 =992
