according to question

A+B = 90 degree
And Sec A = 5/3

So we can put

                 A = 90 - B
Thus putting in Sec A we get

                 Sec (90 - B)  = 5/3
According to Trigonometry identity
we know
                 Sec(90 - x) = Cosec x
Thus applying the same here we get

                 Cosec B = 5/3

Thus value of Cosec B = 5/3
